Every staff member undergoes comprehensive training and induction before commencing their first shift. This ensures they feel confident and fully prepared to provide quality support, whether at home or in the community.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We pride ourselves on having strong backup systems in place \u2014 both for our clients and our staff \u2014 to ensure additional support is always available when needed.
