Dignified Choice team is made up of highly qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals. Every staff member undergoes comprehensive training and induction before commencing their first shift. This ensures they feel confident and fully prepared to provide quality support, whether at home or in the community.

We pride ourselves on having strong backup systems in place — both for our clients and our staff — to ensure additional support is always available when needed. Our staff works collaboratively with coordinators, shift managers, and other key personnel to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Mandatory Requirements Before Starting Shifts:

At Dignified Choice all staff members are required to provide the following documents before they begin their first shift:

• A current  and valid National Police Check
• A current and valid First Aid Certificate
• Current and Valid CPR Certificate.
• A current Employee Working with Children Check
• A current full driver’s license.
• Comprehensive Car Insurance
• A relevant industry qualification (minimum Certificate III)
